Terms & Conditions for Wakefield Podcast Studios

1. Bookings & Payments

1.1. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

1.2. Once payment is made, the booking is confirmed, and the studio time is reserved exclusively for the client.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Wakefield Podcast Studios does not provide refunds for change-of-mind bookings or changes in personal/business circumstances.

2.2. Due to our sublet business model, we commit to and incur costs upon receiving booking payments, as we sublease the studio from a third party. For this reason, all sales are final.

2.3. In cases where Wakefield Podcast Studios is unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will offer a reschedule or alternative solution.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

3.1. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

3.2. If a client fails to attend a booked session without prior notice, the session will be considered used, and no reschedule or refund will be provided.

4. Studio Usage & Responsibilities

4.1. Clients must respect the studio space and adhere to all safety and operational guidelines provided by Wakefield Podcast Studios.

4.2. Any damages caused to the studio equipment or premises by the client may result in additional charges.

5. Liability

5.1. Wakefield Podcast Studios is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal property within the studio.

5.2. Clients assume full responsibility for any recordings, content, or materials produced during their sessions.

6. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

6.1. Wakefield Podcast Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on our website and apply to future bookings.
